On the lush slopes of Lembang, Wijaya Kamil coffee plantation processes Sigararutang and Lini-S varieties using anaerobic fermentation with cardamom. Red cherries are soaked with cardamom for 72 hours, then pulped, dried for 7 days to 30% moisture, hulled, and dried again to 12% moisture. The beans rest for two weeks through the wet-hulled honey process. Each bean is carefully selected using a color sorter, ensuring high-quality coffee full of character.

Serving West Java coffee offers a spectrum of flavors, from intense cardamom fragrance due to fermentation with coffee, to a velvety sweetness of cardamom and sugarcane. Lime acidity emerges as the brew cools, blending into a unique coffee experience.
